Modern Salon Style
Max Renovators performed a complete remodel of a small home and turned it into a 3 story, mix-use building with Mieles Salon on the 1st floor, a separate unit on the second, and added 3-rd floor apartment. Moreover, it expanded living space on the front and back with the foundation.
The challenge for the whole project was to keep some of the existing exterior walls hanging while completely redefining and rebuilding all three floors for the entire building, including roof.
